Hi my star Trekkers. I have to be honest I have a hard time finding a nail salon mainly because I have a hard time finding great customer service. However I can honestly say the customer service wasn't too bad they was professional it's just the actual Service for the nails was mediocre. My nail polish Iwas just the worse. I did not receive a good nail set of 2 days later I had to go to a different salon and get my nails repainted
Extremely wonderful staff and beautiful work. I'd definitely recommend to anyone. I brought 6 8-year old girls to get gel manicures and they were friendly and professional. We had 6 very happy customers.
The people were wonderful and attentive, however, the outcome of my nails was not of the quality. Although good customer service is key to the success of any business, Friendly Smiles and good conversation is not what I paid $40 for, I paid to have my nails neatly sns manicured, what I got in return was embarrassing. The nails are Lumpy, uneven, crooked, and around the edges looked really dry. I was so disappointed with their level of skill and the quality of my nails after the fact, that I didn't even want go back to ask them to fix it, out of fear they may worsen the problem. Please slow down, and take your time in ensuring each customer is extremely satisfied with the product that they are paying for. I'm giving two stars for the positive environment and customer service, but the the nails were pitifully.
